We stayed in junior suite for 3 nights in December for a winter spa holiday in the dolomites. From the moment of arrival, we were seamless looked after from parking our car, taking our luggages to our room, and toured the resort facilities by the check in team. Breakfast is good, dinner is beautiful. Transfer to the ski lift is free of charge. Transfer is possible any day and anytime you need. Every evening the owner of hotel is greeting the guests and interesting about their staying.

Perfect stay for a family of four, couldn't fault it at all. We had a quadruple room on a half board basis and it worked brilliantly. The kids loved it, particarly the pool, and the food was great. All in all a wonderful stay and we will be back for sure next year.

Excellent staff always on the spot and happy to help. The transport offered it is a great advantage, dropping to the required ski-lift everyday. We stayed here for one night in early June as part of a road trip, out of the ski season and so a lot of places in Santa Caterina were closed. The hotel was fantastic though and the bar and restaurant were also excellent so for the amount of time we were there we couldn't have asked for more. If staying longer, not having more variety of options might have been a bit of an issue. The hotel has a very nice location, very quiet and surrounded by nature, it’s a 10/15 mins walk only from the center. Very nice and available staff, the hotel is very well organized with a private transport service that drives you to the main ski lifts in a couple of minutes. Fantastic and friendly place to stay We stayed there with our family in early April. Everything is organized beautifully for a relaxing stress-free stay and skiing experience. Very friendly and helpful staff

We had a great time staying at the hotel. The décor is a bit dated, but the cleanliness is off the charts. The food was excellent, and the service impeccable, often anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. There’s a small swimming pool, a hot and wet sauna, and a relaxation room.
