"Had a great experience with the Mark Spencer hotel. From check in to check out everything went so smooth. They allowed me to check in early. Helped me with my luggage. Staff was super friendly. Room was very clean and plenty comfortable. The gym room could use a little help but that’s not a huge deal. Would definitely recommend staying here. "
"Breakfast was really great. Love the omelette station. Staff was friendly especially the valet team. They are very kind and professional. Parking is pretty expensive $65 per night. Location was great. Some characters on the street but just mind your own business and keep your head on a swivel. MUJI was right down the road and they have a really nice mall there. Pool and arcade room was ok. Hot tubs were great. Overall what made this stay great was the staff and the location. Would definitely stay again"
"Breakfast menu was repetitive and The stay was overall good, but the bathroom design was inconvenient. The shower did not have a proper door or barrier to keep the water contained, so water would spill all over the bathroom floor after every shower. It made the bathroom messy and slippery."
"Staff was friendly. There's no lift to second floor so if you have bags or trouble carrying them up stairs then I don't recommend. Room was very poor condition, although clean. The door handles seemed to be put upside down so we had difficulty accessing entry. The bolt lock was coming off wall, cracked mirror frames, particle board exposed with nails on furniture, wet spots on carpet ( guess they just were cleaned?), just over all run down. Shuttle was easy, although we are disputing an overnight parking charge and we didn't have a car but have been told it will be reversed. Overall it's $100 for a clean place to stay, although the condition of the room gave initial doubts but for me friendly staff and clean is more priority. Can't say I wouldn't stay again but I now know what to expect from room."
