Excellent hotel. The. Service was first class. Everyone at the hotel takes great pride as employees, nothing is too much trouble. There was a situation in my room on arrival. This was promptly dealt with. The management team were so apologetic & did everything to make amends. Their communication system within the team is a credit to Taj. They went the extra mile to ensure my stay was to Taj standards and it was. The property has a top location and superb staff . The hotel rooms are very well appointed , and high class all the way . The club room lounge was absolutely outstanding and worth the cost . I stayed here for a couple of days whilst travelling around India And it happened to be my birthday, the big 50. The Receptionist was particularly helpful: we told him what we would like to see and he made useful suggestions regarding how we could make the most of our stay. The hotel arranged affordable day transportation to historical sites like the Taj Mahal in Agra, which included visits to other places of interest. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Namaste Hindustan. The location is excellent and very convenient for travellers. The hotel is clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. It is also a safe and peaceful place to stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Delhi. Would definitely love to stay here again

Overall, I would say that Taj was the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The atmosphere, the building and the service was simply impeccable. Most importantly, was the room service, led by Mr Nawab Singh, who was ever so accommodating, welcoming and simply a gentleman. Would love to visit again.

I was in Delhi for wedding shopping purposes and this property is at very convenient location to shop from khan market, connaught place or old Delhi market. Staffs are very friendly, rooms are nice and they have amazing breakfast buffet.
