The shower in my room kept cutting off. We would be mid shower and .... no water for about 2-3 minutes. The water would also get cold very quickly. "

I've been notified before our arrival of the arrangement and despite booking it wrong on the website to have 2 single beds instead of a king bed, they managed to accommodate it to our preferences last minute. The whole staff has been so friendly and very attentive to our needs throughout the trip, from messaging us the night prior to get our breakfast order to noticing our discomfort following a rough trip to Nusa Penida, they've even went above and beyond into providing us teas to calm our nerves which weren't on the menu or expected.
