Just returned from the Tremezzo on Lake Como and Grand Palace on Lake Lucern. Just needed somewhere to sleep on our journey back to the U.K. We got much more than that. Thank you. We would send the Management from some much much more expensive Hotels to your Business to see how it is done correctly....again thank you. We had a truly excellent meal in your restaurant served by two superb young staff. Our room and especially the bathroom were as master piece of simple and beautiful...

Good location, staff helpful but room got bit hot and powder coffee nice gesture but not to our taste

Excellent welcome , best stay in Europe

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly (even if I didn’t speak any French). Room was comfortable and clean, nice big shower as well. Would stay again happily :)

Overnight stay, good restaurant and staff. Good room and wifii

This is a great place for a stop over. Clean and just off the main road.

lovely authentic little hotel with a nice vibe

Great treatment from all the staff at a family run hotel. Room was very comfortable and help was readily given about what to see in the area. Just a great few days.

The staff were amazing, very helpful.
