"Clean room, very kind staff"

"Had a late check in with Sierra who was awesome. She was still there in the morning and got our breakfast started. Room was clean and the property was in a great location for us."

"The TV remote was missing. There was blood splatter on the comforter. There was a trim board nail sticking out 1/2" at waist level. The design of the room was poor. The bathroom is located at the foot of both beds. Therefore the light showen in the face of those in bed. The sliding door for the bathroom was large and heavy. The room door was hard to push open. There was milk cartons in the breakfast room refrigerator on Wednesday that had expiration dates from the previous Sunday. The front desk lady was very helpful."

"Bunch of new faces this time around but still very enjoyable. The king with sofa bed was very spacious and super comfortable and probably our favorite room as of yet! Shout out to Natalia, Terry, Cynthia and Robin for making our stay the best it could be, especially when the snow storm hit and packed the house. Looking forward to the new changes to come. "

"The gym had many pieces of equipment that were out of use. The pool and hot tub were also mostly drained and out of use. There was no breakfast. Only coffee. Which was hot and good. Staff were nice. If on a budget it’s good. Room was clean."

"Greeted by racism the manager called the cops after stealing my money because my reservation was under the email the app made me sign in on Told me I’m tire of u coloreds on the run with fake names who uses the word coloreds (it’s the app boomer) 4 days to get my money back no stars "

"The staff and hotel was great.But I booked for a king suite and they gave me a Queen instead.. The only complaint I would have about the room was the bathrooms. The way you have them next to the bathtubs. Also with a toilet holder right next to it. If you're a bigger person doesn't work."

"Everything was amazing except the night front desk worker who came at 11 PM on saturday night until morning shift was very aggressive and rude. He gave attitude to us saying lobby is closing and you can not sit here. He was very rude to the kids even though no one was loud or doing anything wrong. "
