Great option with nearby la Défense train station easy to commute to key areas in Paris in 10 min. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Quality is good. I have been using this hotel for years now.

Located in a quiet corner of La Defence. The metro was only a 10 minute walk. Many restruants and small grociery stores nearby including La Defence Arch Square. The breakfast was wonderful.

Who ever I spoke to via email was very kind and helpful. For this, I would give 5*. The property itself...not too clean in rooms, dents in walls, sofa bed wasn't set up for us which I've not experienced in the past. Found out a part was broken so someone came and repaired it. Found hair by the sink/hairdryer and because the rooms have kitchenettes, you could smell what people were cooking in your room which we especially didn't like. The bed was incredibly comfortable though. There is a shop just across the road to get snacks and drinks. Close walking distance to Westfield and arena.

Great stay for the Olympics

We booked 2 rooms for two adults. Just before coming I was slightly nervous having seen some recent negative reviews. However, our experience was fantastic. From arriving to leaving the staff couldn’t help enough. Parking was really convenient and very reasonable. We had a free room upgrade. The rooms were clean and had a great selection of complimentary drinks and snacks, which in most hotels you are charged for. Location great for the Defence Arena. Will be coming back!

Location was good. However the room was not clean. We had a q tip (used) in our trash. The shower head was disgusting and extremely dirty. We only had half a roll of tp. There were no blinds and no curtains. And on top of all this the hotel air conditioning was broken. So we had to open the window which broken also and that brought n lots of noise. We requested an iron and they wanted me to pay for it. (20 euros). I brought Clorox wipes for plane and used in kitchen area to wipe down the counter snd they were black when I was done. For what you pay and the “ratings” it has I was MAD. We would not stay there again. Side note EXTREMELY nice and professional and helpful staff. The staff checking in and out made the stay bearable.
