Perfect place to stay

The staff at the kyriad was amazing very helpful, friendly and polite spoke multiple languages to assist. Will definitely be coming back. Rooms are also decently sized.

Welcoming staff and easy check in. The room has good facilities. The bed and cushion were better than most hostels I've stayed in, I had a great sleep. The location is very convenient as it is in walking distance to train and bus station with great link to Disneyland and there is also a shopping center with supermarket and other shops. I would say the tin could do with a bit of refurbishment but it was still a great stay, so I would definitely recommend.

Its a very basic hotel in an excellent location, just a stones throw from the RER station. Its a great location for Disneyland and Val d'Europe. A big shout out to Thierry on reception who was absolutely brilliant.

The staff are very friendly and polite, breakfast is very good and plenty of choice , brilliantly placed for Disneyland short walk to train station and only 3 stops. The only criticism is the windows in rooms open fully so could be dangerous if you have children. Overall we we all very happy .

Our Go-To hotel when visiting Paris!

Great hotel at a great price! This is where we always stay when we visit Paris. Much more affordable than staying in the city and it’s right next door to the main train line between Paris and Disney. There’s also a mall and lots of eating within walking distance.

Well situated for transport, next to a commercial centre. Their breakfast was delicious and the room just cozy enough. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I had such an amazing experience.

The room had no towels or toilet paper when we got there . There is black mold on the ceilings and underneath the area where you flush the toilet. The rug was ripped. Claim yhe have restaurant but they have a breakfast buffet that was minimal. The bar was the receptionist making a drink, if they knew how. No seats to sit at the bar. The room didn't have a chair. No outlet in the bathroom to plug in a curling iron. Very disappointing. Good location for tje train

This is very poor and horrible place to stay. 3 beds room must be spacious and clean with adequate ventilation and lighting. Non of these were there and its stinks. Limit scary! Decent families must avoid. Drunken guest stands outside around the parkings areas and not very welcoming.

A pleasantly surprising stay!

We booked a family room for a Disney visit, didn’t expect very much as it is one of the cheaper hotels in the area. The room was very, very large, plenty of space for a family of four and a dog. We were at the end of the hallway so it was very quiet. Spotlessly clean and well furnished. It was very hot (35 degrees) but the fan and large windows meant that the room stayed lovely and cool. Large free carpark, good selection of food and drink available if you wish and a large supermarket next door. The bathroom is a little dated, but that’s literally the only small bad thing I can think of. The staff are excellent, fluent in English - and patiently helped me with my terrible French! Very warm and welcoming, a real credit to the hotel. We are so glad we picked this hotel rather than splashing out on a Disney hotel, we had an excellent stay. Thank you very much!

Great hotel for Paris/Disneyland Paris visit

Stayed here for 2 nights after visiting Disneyland Paris. We wanted a hotel close to a train into Paris city. As a family of 4 we had booked a family room but on our arrival the room was unavailable. The hotel then provided us with 2 rooms next to each other and gave us complimentary breakfast. Rooms are basic but functional, clean and tidy. Onsite parking, and close to a shopping centre with a supermarket. Would us again

It was very dirty, especially the floor, and we had hair on our beds. The mirror in the bathroom had fallen off several times. We had requested an extra duvet, but they couldn't provide it. Overall, the service was very poor. The only good thing was the friendly and hard-working lady at breakfast. However, she couldn't keep up, even on a Sunday, so not all the dishes were available at breakfast. The selection was already very limited. On a positive note, the location was very close to the train, which took us to Disneyland in 10 minutes. The price was also reasonable. But a little more cleanliness and helpfulness isn't too much to ask for.

Great cheap hotel

We stayed for two nights, with a stay at a Disneyland hotel in between. The room had everything we needed at a very reasonable price and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, including dealing with questions about our son’s peanut allergy. Demba (receptionist) was very friendly and helpful and it was lovely to see him when we returned two days later.
