"Superb staff. They went out of their way to make our stay as great as possible. My family were treated like royalty, and all we did was show up looking really tired after a delay filled 24 hour journey. This human touch was really appreciated by my family. We can't express our thanks enough. We look forward to returning and spending more time in such a wonderful hotel and city. Dining and rooms awesome also, suite easily supported the 5 of us."

"We originally booked the hotel but ended up in their apartments - one apartment each. The rooms were spacious and actually exceeded our expectations. The beds were a little uncomfortable which was all that could be found wanting. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was okay but basic. The hotel itself is located south of the centre with a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station. The metro then takes you right into the centre of Milan (a 15 minute trip). "Wonderful location with good access to public transport. All staff we had were kind, precessional and attentive.
We had a problem with the heating in our room and they were quick to check and change our room when the issue couldn’t me resolved.

"The rooms were renovated and extremely clean. I am a very OCD person and could not see a spot anywhere. Everything was perfect, I also loved the idea of every room having its own fragrance since it was a perfume factory building.
The location is perfect if you want to discover Zona Tortona, its in the heart of it and close to many museums.
The staff was extremely kind and they went above and beyond to help me and ensure I am safe when my rental car broke down in the other side of Milano. They also have a very fullfilling breakfast."
