"I always choose this hotel whenever I visit Korea because it’s close to Seongsu-dong. First of all, the staff are very friendly. The room was comfortable and well equipped with a hair dryer, curling iron, and even an iron. On the 21st floor, washing machines and dryers were available for free, and I could easily buy detergent on the first floor. "部屋のすみにゲジゲジみたいな虫が一度いました。風呂のシャワーの水量が弱く、困りました。一度にたくさんの部屋で使うと水量が減る、という説明でしたが、朝使っても水量は少なかったです。エアコンから水が漏れて、真下に置いていた土産品が濡れました。連絡したら修理に来てくれましたが…スタッフの方の表情はにこやかで好印象でした。それ以外は問題なかったですが、冬には浴室問題があるため泊まるのは辛いかなと思います。"
