We loved our stay at King Jason. Some of the other bits and pieces I’ve seen mentioned in other reviews are there, but pool glasses being a little tired and paint on the odd light fitting has ZERO effect on your time at the hotel. Unless something actually impacts your stay personally I would say there wouldn’t be anything negative to mention. The staff are fantastic and constantly on hand to serve with a smile. The food is varied and delicious and the hotel is spotlessly clean. It’s quiet and super chilled, exactly what you would want from a relaxing break in the sunshine.

This property was beautiful, the staff was so kind and accommodating. There’s a free shuttle to the shop/harbour area which makes it very easy to get around. We loved the buffet options, one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The pool area is lovely and surrounded by fruit trees. Gorgeous place!

I wouldn’t consider this a four star property. I imagine five or ten years ago, it was a plush adults only hotel. Now, it looks neglected with over-painting around light fittings and pool tiles broken and laying on the floor. The staff, whilst friendly, appear to have zero service experience; the bar staff wipe the glasses with their fingers and fill wine glass to the brim. The ‘entertainment’ took me back to family holidays in the eighties complete with a wedding DJ playing Culture Club and Queen. That being said, it appears to have a loyal customer base of 60+ year old brits who appreciate all inclusive buffets.

The Hotel was lovely, and the room was also but unfortunately, the view from the balcony was of a wall. Was walkable to all amenities. The pool area was very quiet, probably too quiet. I feel it would have benefited from some ambient music as you could here a pin drop

Staff were very attentive and helpful at all times. Breakfast well stocked and varied for even a fussy eater like me. The outdoor and indoor pools were clean and deck chairs and areas all clean and well looked after. Very good standard of cleanliness in main part. The room we had had very good amenities and was spacious. They do need updating as the bathroom was tired looking and the bedroom furniture. Lounge area of room had modern furniture. Bed and air conditioners were very good. Be warned they have live singing till 11pm and this can be quite loud. Our only critique was the live singing running till 11pm. This should stop by 10 and start earlier so that people who want to rest can do so by 10.00 as the sound is audible even with closed windows and doors. Overall a excellent experience and we will most definitely return.

There’s was ants all over the room on the table with coffee facilities, there was human hair in the shower before I even used it, ants in the fig jam they leave you I have videos etc , checking inn was a joke told I payed half then told need to pay again ans he was very sharpish when he spoke horrible man place was not worth the stars it has

The bathroom smelt of pee and the previous guest’s hair was pushed into the corner of the bathroom upon our arrival. Shower area was filling up with water and flooding the whole bathroom. Our room was not cleaned on one occasion although we were out all day, so we had to share a towel after we’d used the rest to clear the bathroom flooding. A number of towels had bleach stains. Although I informed staff that I was pregnant, I was brought a glass of Prosecco and was given a ham & cheese sandwich upon arrival (very lovely gestures for anybody else, but I felt more attention should have been paid here considering my circumstances that the hotel were aware of). Upon departure, they tried to charge us twice for the previous night’s dinner and the receptionist insisted that it would be €70 each (instead of the standard €35 rate), and she had to call her manager to resolve the dispute, which he did promptly and politely.

We liked the ambience of the hotel - room was good size and clean, dining and bar areas good service and well looked after, quiet room if needed and 3 nice pools. Spa was limited and position of the hotel meant it was a long walk to the harbour or town. Big disappointment was not the hotel but the large amount of road construction around Paphos harbour and sea front.

Very basic cruise ship crowd class establishment. Location was not great but we managed to cram into the shuttle buses. at the right times. Two twin pushed together to make a queen, airco worked well, make the place confortable. Rooms could use a refresh/update. Shower floor panels was like that of a disposable kids' pool.

I never write reviews, but this time I went out of my way to figure out how and tell people Not To Book This Hotel. The website pictures are misleading. The real thing does not look at all like the pictures. The hotel is dark, sad and dated. Stained carpets and foul odour of cat urine around the pool area. If the pix had been truthful I wouldn't have minded a simple hotel, and I've certainly stayed at worse places - knowingly. But this is a bait and switch. The staff was nice but it does not compensate for the awfulness of the facilities.

I wouldn't stay here again

The property is run down. The registration terms and conditions are all about gastric conditions. The cypriot table at the breakfast buffet was covered with flies every day. I asked for extra bedding and Maria complained because it was 8:30pm; I told her I could go to the reception and she was quite irritable; it was annoying to be treated that way. The free bottle of sparkling wine was a nice gesture but the quality made me quite sick. Maybe this + flies-covered table is why they have all the terms about gastric conditions, but I think its actually because the pool seemed under-chlorinated I did not enjoy my stay

Also wenn man von einem 5 Sterne Hotel kommt wo alles top funktioniert ist dieses Hotel ein echter Abstieg. Die Klimaanlage ist völlig überaltert und zu laut, Null Aussicht vom Balkon, KEIN Lift zu den Studios, einzig der Sektempfang am Check In war nett. Bin aber froh dort keine 2.te Nacht gebucht zu haben und einzig die Entfernung zum Flughafen hat hier gepasst. Sonst nur fast altes Publikum bzw. Senioren. Entsprach nicht meinen Erwartungen und für den Gebotene zu teuer.

Je suis mitigée, au 1er abord l’hôtel est classe mais au final ça ne l’est pas. Le plus : Coupe de champagne à notre arrivée Le petit déjeuner Le calme Le moins : Nous avons dû remplir les documents du Checkin Le sol de la chambre aurait pu être plus propre La tête de lit été sale ou abîmé La mozaïque de la piscine se décolle On ne peut pas sélectionner le pommeau ou la pluie de douche Les meubles sont d’une autre époque. En résumé, nous avons trouvé relativement cher pour la prestation proposée. Désolée.

All in all we had a pleasant stay. The staff are very helpful, the pools areas are nice, and the breakfast was satisfactory. But, it is an apartments hotel with no elevators (some apartments are on 2nd & 3rd floor). Maintenance of the rooms isn't very good (furnitures peeling off - the fake leather getting crumbled , shower door got broken on opening, cracks in the walls..)
