"Beautiful hotel, amazing staff. We felt well and truly looked after."

"This holiday was an extra one for us so we didn’t research much about the hotel/surrounding area. We also travelled out of season in April so A La Carte restaurants were closed and the outdoor pool was very cold! Our room was spacious, clean and easy to access on level 1. Took a while each day for house keeping to clean our room (sometimes 5pm) so not always easy to go back to the room to relax in the afternoon if it wasn’t done. Buffet style food everyday, although fresh and nicely presented (especially the salads), did get a bit samey. The walks along the seafront were easy and flat and the bar area by the outdoor pool was kept clean, Natasha one of the bar staff always had a smile for you and very accommodating. Likewise the waiting staff in the restaurant, very friendly and helpful. There was an incident in the outdoor pool and if it wasn’t for a guest member (nurse), there would have been a fatality. No medical equipment (defribulator, oxygen etc) was visible and the lifeguards were not paying attention to the pool, therefore, took ages to respond. The manager Anthony did take the incident seriously and hopefully will now take steps to better train lifeguards and position them for better viewing of the pool (not on the bridge and no mobile phones) It will not stop us from returning or recommending to family and friends. However, we will be highlighting not to rely on other people for safety around any pools."

"Very much the all inclusive. If your wanting the explore than this is probably not the hotel for you. With a pool, bar and all the bars and restaurants close by for a relax by the pool holiday."

"Everything about the hotel was more than we expected. The staff are very friendly and always on hand. The hotel and gardens are immaculate and it is well served with public transport. Florin the restaurant manager provides a vast array of food options together with great staff. Would not hesitate to return."

"We had a lovely stay. Bit disappointing to find the pool food area was closed, but appreciate the weather wasn’t great. Our room was a little on the small side for a family room as we have a teenager, but was cleaned daily and had all we needed. Food was great and special mention has to go to Ahmed who greeted us all by name every time he saw us…so welcoming and friendly. Bar staff were also great and soon greeted us with knowledge of our drinks. The entertainment venue is a bit dingy and could do with updating, but the team themselves were excellent. We had lovely daily walks along the coastline and loved the hotel cats! All in all a lovely week"

"Excellent staff, very kind and very helpful. I always go to this hotel. Very clean and comfortable bed. breakfast is as always good.bar staff are so generous, I went for a glass of baby milk and they gave me whole litter of milk free of charge."

"We had a nice stay here. Lots to do and plenty of sun beds. However my husband got very sick a night before we were due to leave. It turns out there were a lot of other guests experiencing the same vomiting and loose stools too after chatting to a few other guests. I reported it to the front desk but not sure if anything will be done to protect other guests from getting poorly. The only other little negative comment I’d make is about the fact our balcony didn’t have any outside light so we couldn’t sit out there of an evening. Food was good and lots of variety. "
