The location is perfect—just steps from the stunning Nissi Beach with its crystal-clear waters. What really stood out was the attention to detail: from the perfectly maintained facilities to the relaxing pool area and well-equipped gym. Every part of the hotel radiates comfort, elegance, and care. We left feeling refreshed and already planning our next visit. "Lovely apartments with all you need for a comfortable stay at a great price. Pools were great and never busy, even in July/August, there was no problem getting a sunbed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Apartment was a good size with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Aircon was great (and needed!). The only negatives I could add would be that the location is about 5 mins walk too far away from the bars / restaurants and we did miss a clean / towel change in our first week. But staff helpfully sorted this and even gave us a top up clean."

The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of Ayia Napa, just steps away from restaurants, shops, and nightlife—but once you’re inside, it feels like a calm, peaceful escape from the buzz outside. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable with sleek decor and everything you need for a relaxing stay. I especially loved the balcony view overlooking the pool area—it’s a beautiful spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink. Speaking of the pool—it’s a highlight! Spacious, stylish, and surrounded by loungers and palm trees, it felt like a mini resort. The poolside bar service was excellent, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh options and a lovely atmosphere. There are also several bars and restaurants on-site, including some great spots for cocktails in the evening. As an adults-only hotel, the vibe is peaceful and sophisticated—ideal for couples or friends looking for a mix of relaxation and entertainment. It truly felt like a boutique getaway. Overall, I highly recommend Napa Plaza Hotel. It combines location, comfort, and great service perfectly. I’ll definitely be returning! "
