Perfectly fine for a family stay with large pools and fantastic views. Unfortunately hotel was let down by the poor maintenance in areas such as the gym where there were missing ceiling tiles with cables hanging out, and the indoor pool with steam rooms permanently out of use.

We had such a lovely stay at Capital Coast Hotel in Paphos! ❤️ My boyfriend and I stayed for 5 nights and had a really great experience. We actually liked the hotel so much that after spending a few days closer to Paphos Old Town, we decided to come back to Capital Coast for our last days! The staff were incredibly kind, friendly and polite, and they always made us feel welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful, and our room was super clean and comfortable. Everything was exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the H floor. The website says that there is a sauna, but unfortunately it was out of order during our stay. There is also a room for massages, but the massage service is actually provided somewhere outside the hotel, which we found a little confusing since there is a dedicated room inside the hotel. We also felt that the H floor was a bit neglected compared to the rest of the property, which is otherwise beautiful and well maintained. That said, this definitely didn’t ruin our experience. We genuinely loved staying here and would absolutely recommend Capital Coast to anyone visiting Paphos. We would happily come back! ❤️

Property is clean, but poorly maintained. I believe it is in receivership and is owned by the bank. The TV only has about 5 channels, all Greek. The sauna and steam room are out of order. The floor in the gym is cracked and warped. Dinner in the restuarant was, at best, average but edible. Breakfasts were good. Pool was clean and well kept. The buildings were in need of a good painting, repair to cracked and broken tiles and some plaster work. If the proper renovations and repairs were done, the hotel would be amazing. Also, despite numerous emails to both hotels, I never received a response. Expedia only answered my question 2 days into my stay. With regard to the Expedia experience, I tried to book for the Blue Lagoon Hotel and the site kept taking me to Capital Coast Hotel. As I was unfamiliar with the site, I checked and both hotels had the same address. I assumed therefore that they were the same. This is not the case. The Blue Lagoon is the kosher establishment housed in the same hotel. This created problems for us. Expedia should be more careful and honest by warning on the booking that this is or is not the kosher hotel at the same site. b

Very clean, room spacious, nice facilities, very good breakfast, the omelette and pancakes made at the moment amazing. Locations is also good, you can get to Coral bay by bus, very nice beach. Warm indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. I would definitely stay again. Downsides: Lots of kids that disrupt the tranquility, even inside the sauna and steam , that shouldn’t be allowed.

Nice rooms but might have an issue in the summer as aircon not working. Close to beach, pool and gym good. Food was good but could be better for vegetarians. Suggest adding some recycling bins in the car park? at least plastic, glass and paper.

The pool, sauna, hot tub, steam room are all included in the price and they were all functioning well which made us happy. In many other hotels where we have stayed in, they advertise the amentity and then after arrival we find out it's out of order. Not so with Capital Coast Resort.

Our stay at the hotel was for a night and it was pleasant, so I would suggest it for a short stay of one or two nights. The hotel overall is very clean, the breakfast was amazing. We stayed at this hotel 8 years ago and once we knew we are going to Pafos for a stay we booked this hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel stayed in that era and it requires an upgrade. In addition to the overall experience the behavior of the receptionists was a downgrade. The young lady was exceptional, very kind and calm with all customers and their frustrations. Once she left, an older woman stepped in and the scene changed immediately. The receptionist wasn’t kind at all, she had a bad temper and no patience and her answers to the customers were rude. This is really bad, especially since she is the first person someone faces entering the hotel. If you do not enjoy your job maybe its time to be put in another position where you do not have to engage with people.

Pros: clean, friendly staff, nice rooms, choice of heated and non heated pools, nice food, free airport shuffle Cons: very noisy early in the morning from nearby construction works, only small selection of food at buffet, had to ask for more desserts as didn't restock when all run out, onsite shop not open very late, not many shops or restaurants near by, needs clearer instructions on how to book free shuttle (was told by receptionist they do not read messages through Hotels.com on a weekend!) I messaged Friday to book for Sunday shuttle and no one got back to me so ended up paying for a Bolt.

The room was large and spacious with all necessary amenities. The air conditioning worked great, especially considering the hot days. Nice atmosphere and a warm welcome. Rooms are available from 14:00 and late check-out is possible depending on availability, with an extra charge. Overall, a pleasant hotel for families. However, breakfast was poor and not satisfying.
