"Breakfast was good. The guest were so loud. Dogs barking all through the night. People slamming doors and talking loudly up and down the halls. The rooms were not very sounds proof. The shampoo and conditioner was awful. But overall a good hotel. I think the cliental was bad while I was there. I would choose another place if I pass through Amarillo."

"We were traveling across states to get here, and we’re getting here pretty late. Staff did an excellent job of having everything ready for when we arrived check in was smooth and were able to rest right away. Location is great and breakfast and ammenties are great for families"

"Th elevator was broken and I needed to lug my suitcase up to the third floor. They offered to cancel my reservation “at no cost”. I had just finished driving 10 hours and was not going to search for another place to stay. The pool was broken and the place was pretty run down. Relatively clean given the state of the hotel."

"I went down to have breakfast but the staff said there was no coffee so we went some place else for breakfast. The rooms were semi clean but carpet was warn and dingy. The bathroom corners were dirty with hair and dirt. Would not stay here again."
