We booked here to sleep. Although we a H/H members it is easier/cheaper to book with Expedia. It is clearly the policy of Embassy S. To allocate the noisiest and worst room in a massive empty hotel! Room 420 if you like to sleep with V8/Harleys accelerating at the lights outside! The breakfast was excellent. Will not Book another E.S.

This is a beautiful hotel, great rooms, very quiet and a very pleasant staff. My only complaint would be the parking situation. Parking choices included Valet, self park (across the street from the hotel) or street parking. We chose valet, which provided excellent service, but was a bit pricey.

The hotel itself is very nice. Room is very nice is very nice. However the people at the front desk and that the parking area are not informative and don’t give you any real information. They also are not friendly or very well trained. No information on where to go to park your car. Very confusing about how we pay for our car either at the front desk or at the parking garage which we had to find on our own. No information about the hotel itself swim the swimming, pool, hot tub, or where the restaurant and how it works. Found out that the one Restaurant on site is out of business. Overall lack of training for the staff obvious and you can tell everybody hates their job. Would be nice to have some information about the overall general layout of the hotel and where things are.
