Radisson Beachfront Hotel - Panama City Beach

"The Staff had moments of niceness but not the best. Asked for linen change on bed ad they made the bed with the same linen that I told them smelled a little sweaty after 4 days and we told them no need for rooms= service except the one day we asked. We asked for them to sweep nothing, so I asked to borrow a broom and I swept. That was part of the request I made for the one day of room service requested. Fridge leaked all six days and we just cleaned it up. One staff told us with clear detail of what we needed to do if we needed to check out early and was told we'd get a full refund. the manager played like she didn't know who i was talkiing about and then remember oh yea, he just started the Friday after he explained in great detail of what needed to ne done on Saturday. That's not a one day employee, I'm sorry. She offered me the resort fee back of $123 dollors bu but they would keep the $300 that was left for two days of early checkout. Talking wiht other guess the place they felt has really gone down and the service just isn't where it us to be. We have made a note to never stay at this Radisson again. Disappointed for sure!"

"The facility was emaculant, everywhere we went was spotless. Staff was very friendly and available.The room was clean with a great view. Thus was our first time staying here fir a one day getting away. We'll definitely be back to stay longer at a later date."

"Cockroaches, dirty inside and out. Walk ways to rooms were filthy like jobless people lived there. No spa, pay for ice, no soap in any of the soap in any of dispensers in the room. Couch bed was half out and we had to put it away when we arrived. Check in was had a ridiculous amount of paperwork that we had already put in when booking online. TV was small and barely had any channels. Was woken up at 5 am from all the noise at the complex. You have to slam bathroom doors very hard to close them so kept me awake. Bathroom was moldy, dirty and rusty. Staff was rude and rolled eyes whek I asked questions about where my room was, said she didn’t know what time poop closed and have me a parking code that was so sloppy I could not read it. Had to come back and have her read it to me but it didn’t work so had to come back and get in line for mail her code. Beach is nice and close that is the only good thing I can say."

"The load and unload parking area is non existent here! The staff was putting up NO parking signs in the area where i had parked. I didn't intend on leaving my vehicle in that spot due to the inconvenience it would have caused other customers who also needed to unload. There were no signs when we parked. The staff was actually putting one up when i came out to move my vehicle. They were very rude and ugly to us. I will not go back to this place. "

The Flamingo Hotel and Tower

"The room was cleaned very poorly. There were thick clumps of dust on the air conditioner and the floor, mold on the windowsill, and cracked paint on the ceiling. The plumbing is extremely old, and the sink was cracked as well. To get hot water, you have to let the water run for at least 10 minutes. The room was advertised as having a “beach view,” but in reality the only thing visible from the window is a fence. People constantly walk past the room, so there is absolutely no privacy. Room number was 128."
