"Great hotel with great access to beach"

"From the get go it started out wrong. We could not get keys to check in to our room. The front desk night staff went upstairs and let us in our room. As soon as we got in our room we noticed the carpet was soaked. We called and informed the front desk. The next day we reminded the front desk they sent up maintenance who put a loud big dehumidifier that would remain untouched until two nights later when we complained again. We went to relax. We were compensated with parking and three drinks from the bar. Our last night we got moved to a different room however it was unfortunate the stay was not up to par. I would never stay here again. The lack of follow-up from management is disgusting! We extended so much grace and have ample time for this to be resolved. There are a lot of hotels near and I would urge everyone to check other options. "

"All the rooms have a full gulf view. The staff is super friendly. Breakfast, hot tub and pool were all good. Room was spacious and comfortable. Slightly dated but an overall excellent value."
