"I enjoyed my room. It was a little loud the last night. The guy that checked me in could have been a little friendlier. Make sure you thoroughly read the website. I thought I had a room where I had a balcony. I am handicapped and I could have used a handicap bathroom and a balcony too! We had to pay a daily fee to park which I didn’t see on the website. Overall my stay was Good!"

"Beautiful views from the balcony of the Gulf! The beach was great, we loved cooling off in the pool. My wife and I have been several times before in the past, but this time we brought our 2 year old. Friendly staff, fast elevators. Breakfast was good. Will return in the future!"

"The property is very worn and in desperate need of repair and upgrades. Exterior includes pipes leaking, drainage issues, paint degradation, rust in many places. I didn’t hear other guests making noise at night so that was a plus. The room was beachfront walkout which was great. The room was semi-clean which, for a hotel, is basically not clean. There was a blood spot on the linens, a lot of sand under the beds, obviously had not been swept in a while, I had to use a towel as a rug so I wouldn’t get sand in my bed. Sparkly hair extensions on the bathroom floor. Only 3 towels provided (2 were used as rugs) and no washcloths. Coffee maker missing a critical part, mgmt was called but no action taken. The shampoo/conditioner bottles that are supposed to be installed in the receptacles were outside on our patio chair and empty. The best part of the room was the A/C, worked fantastic and quiet enough. The staff at check-in were efficient and quick. If this property invested some $, it could be a retro shining star and stand out as a really sought after resort."

"Staff was friendly and helpful with any questions. The pool was disgusting with algae growing all around it. There were two picnic tables for you to sit at even if you wanted to go to the pool because the other chairs were dry rotted with holes in them. The rooms were terrible, nothing like the photos pictured. The blinds looked so gross that did not even want to touch them. The floors were so bad that we had to use a towel and clean them before we could even walk on them. We literally wore our shoes the entire time we were there until we got to the bed. There was no trashcan in the room and no comforter on the bed other than a sheet. There were two positives about the hotel, the bed slept great, and it was very close to the beach, other than that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. We will never stay here again."
