Everyone knows about the elevators ! So I won’t complain much about them , But I would say some of the staff was a bit rude , I blew it off most the time but I wish they wouldn’t have the attitudes they had . We had a really good bartender Jameson ! He was fast & got us in & out ! The staff at the Alabama ice Cream shop were also Great ! Got us in & out as well , super friendly! Definitely recommend coming to Laketown Wharf

The master bathroom toilet leaks around the base so don’t leave the toilet paper beside the toilet! The room was not cleaned properly. Our shower was nasty, and the floor had sand and hair on it. The stairs by the elevator smelled like the monkey exhibit at the zoo. The elevators times are awful. I wish every floor had a walkway from the condo to the parking garage then the elevator wait times would be better, instead of just the first 6 floors. Women at the resort were wearing inappropriate attire to the pools- like thongs & tops that didn’t cover anything. We had 4 small boys with us and it was inappropriate! The buffet is good, and the candy shop is good too!

6/10 Okay

I liked that the property was close to many local amenities and the beach. The advertisement for the property was misleading. It is advertised as a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo but once you click on the property it changes to a 1 bedroom/2 bathroom. You are not told ahead of time about the additional resort fee to use parking and pools. One of the remotes didn't have batteries and we couldn't access Netflix or any of the streaming apps so we bought a Roku to use those apps. We stayed from Monday through Saturday and they only provided one roll of tissue per bathroom. Otherwise the condo was beautiful. They were doing construction on the elevators and they looked rusty so night arrival was a little scary.
