"From the get go it started out wrong. We could not get keys to check in to our room. The front desk night staff went upstairs and let us in our room. As soon as we got in our room we noticed the carpet was soaked. We called and informed the front desk. The next day we reminded the front desk they sent up maintenance who put a loud big dehumidifier that would remain untouched until two nights later when we complained again. We went to relax. We were compensated with parking and three drinks from the bar. Our last night we got moved to a different room however it was unfortunate the stay was not up to par. I would never stay here again. The lack of follow-up from management is disgusting! We extended so much grace and have ample time for this to be resolved. There are a lot of hotels near and I would urge everyone to check other options. "

"This is a 2 star hotel. If you are expecting a luxury resort with amenities, do not book here. But, if you're looking for something practical, with gorgeous views and beach access, This is the place! The hotel is undergoing renovations, but even still is basic. Small bathrooms, nice size rooms with kitchenette. The elevator had plywood walls and smelled like urine. That was our only complaint really. overall would recommend if you need a bed and the beach. "
