"An old style heritage hotel at a calm & quite place. Closer to Cruise jetties. It is equidistance from both North and South Goa. Good place for families. Restaurant needs improvement - need more space and variety. Breakfast is below average. No varieties. Need serious attention. Rooms were good, fairly big and well maintained. "everything about the property was good. great location and walking distance to the main post office bus stand but the internet was horrible, it was too slow in the evening , we were on the 4th floor and my son had to work at night as we were from US , he could not work in the room, very very very slow internet. it was ok on the main floor but noisy and the internet room was not open since covid. he had to book another hotel to save his job and it cost him extra 1000 dollars. the customer service...

"After a small delay at check in (the hotel was unable to find my booking at first) I was soon taken to my room. All the staff were very friendly and helped me when I needed it. The breakfast staff were especially friendly. The room was ok - it was pretty much i what I expected for an oldish hotel in India. The location is very close to the river and the centre is all within walking distances."
