"Hotel was good. Walking distance from airport. It’s a newly built hotel. We stayed here overnight. Everything was good but service could be better and there should be phone installed in each room for services"

"The rooms are well furnished, The hotel has great choice in available food for breakfast and dinner which is very tasty. There is Siri Lankan, chinese and other types of cuisine, The staff are attentive and provide excellent service. The lobby areas are attractive"
Granbell Hotel Colombo

"Rooms were clean and okay sized for the price. Buffet breakfast had many options and the views were fantastic. The main annoying aspect was the lifts - the building has too many floors to be serviced by 4 lifts. It was quite difficult at times to get up and down. My feedback would be to adjust the lifts so they're dedicated to specific set of floors"

"We stayed briefly at the Kingsbury and our overall experience was fantastic. It's central location is great for exploring Colombo if your trip is short and the actual hotel and food is fantastic. Our room was spacious and clean, and had a great view. The only minor issue is that staff weren't communicative at the restaurants about how to order or the expectation for the buffet/high tea or settling the bill. It was slightly awkward trying to figure out whether we could just grab food or we had to wait etc. It'd be nice if staff provided direction."

"It's a beautiful 5-star property, centrally located, on the ocean, with a history of over 160 years, with excellent amenities, including salt water swimming pool, gym, and restaurant, where royalty, prime ministers, presidents, movie stars, and celebrities have stayed over the years. It's highly recommended."
Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams

"We checked-in to suite at Cinnamon life City of Dreams for two nights on our vacation. Cleanliness in the suite was excellent and the bed was very comfortable and a very quite atmosphere. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide spead. The pool was very clean and the pool staff was great. The Butler Service assigned for our suite was excellent too."
