Hotel is situated on a large shopping complex, but please do not let this put you off. It's easy to get to from the freeway, hotel staff are very friendly and it has a heated pool. Rooms are huge, clean and very well presented, breakfast is cooked fresh for every customer, be very clear as to the amount you want. It is very good value. Many resauraunts within walking distance, we did BJs were the food and service was out standing, take the full rack of ribs.

Fantastic location for Universal with direct trolley service to the park and only a 15 minute uber ride to Hollywood Blvd and Griffith park. Plenty of food options available and a good shopping amenities for any last minute trip requirements. Guidance on the area from hotel staff was perfect and gave us greater context of what was available. Room was very comfortable and quiet an served us well for our stay. I would certainly use this hoel again.
