Modern room, friendly staff, sweet dog Oto keeps you company and make u smile.. Views are amazing. The only issue we had was finding the property as the signage for the hotel is not great and we really struggled to find it.. The signage name at the property door is totally different name than what you booked on Expedia.. Room can benefit from a kettle and drinking facility and mini fridge other than that great stay 😊

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The owner /person who greeted us was friendly, helpful and attentive. He gave us lots of local tips. It was a great location for exploring the Cinque Terra with about a one minute walk to the station. The beds were very comfortable with coffee/tea maker in the room. Highly recommend!

A very successful stay. The accommodation is wonderful, the location is quiet, away from the tourist hustle but very close to the areas of interest. Close to the train station. And Mr. Pasini was very kind, he gave us all the useful information, where to eat and where not to. We even received a small video on how to get to the accommodation from the train station. Excellent. We will come back with great pleasure.

The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was comfortable. The breakfasts provided were more than adequate. The hotel staff were very helpful, ringing for taxis and to the pharmacy. The position is absolutely excellent - right on the beach. The setting is fantastic with wonderful views of the bay. About a 10 minute walk into the mani town square along a lovely promenade. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good proximity to Porto Venere. Great location on the harbor. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Small room but clean and comfortable. Would be happy to stay there again.

We absolutely loved this little guesthouse. We didn't know what to expect as neither of us had really stayed in a guesthouse before and we were staying in hotels for the rest of our travels. This place was wonderful. When you arrive, you think you may be in the wrong place as the guesthouse is part of an appartment block - but don't let that fool you! Jennifer was very helpful getting us into the apartment and set up. Breakfast was downstairs in the adjoining cafe where there was a great selection of fresh products. The apartment was very modern and clean with air conditioning. Although located in an excellent central location to explore the town and local area by train or boat, the apartment was very quiet on a night.

Nice, clean room with good AC. The staff couldn’t have been more lovely and even arranged some vegan croissants for my breakfast! Definitely recommend staying here.

Our stay with Massimo and Sussana was exceptional. They are phenomenal hosts, with a great attention to detail. Their B & B is beautiful, well kept and extremely modern. It is located in the mountains, just outside of Spezia. If you are using public transport, there are bus routes to and from La Spezia, where you can easily travel to and from Cinque Terre. As they are located in the mountains, it was a tough job dragging our suitcase up the mountain, to the B& B. A car or scooter would be ideal...

All good, strictly in lovely city center, Symbolic breakfast, you might find bit difficult to find a car park in town however generally very nice place, I would come back and strongly recommend 👌
