Een verzorgde schone ruime B&B gelegen op de eerste verdieping (zonder lift) in het oude stadscentrum aan de winkelstraat. Op de beganegrond om de hoek kan je gebruikmaken van het ontbijt bij het zelfgenaamde café. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst! Helaas tijdens mijn verblijf werkte de regendouche niet optimaal.

Muy bien ubicado. Como a 15 minutos caminando de la estación de tren. Hay restaurantes, tiendas, bares caminando. Es una zona muy transitada muy linda. El cuarto muy lindo al igual que el baño. La comunicación vía WhatsApp fue excelente. El desayuno incluido es en una cafetería con un muy buen café y pan pero sobretodo muy atenta la chica que nos atendió. Lo recomiendo

Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Kühlschrank vorhanden, was uns besonders gefallen hat. Inhaberin sehr freundlich, guter Kontakt für Check-in und Check-out. Gepäck konnte am Abreisetag im Vorraum aufbewahrt werden. Lage sehr zentral. Zu Fuß vom Bahnhof 15 Minuten, Hafen fußläufig 5 Minuten. Viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Inklusives Frühstück im benachbarten Café sehr gut. Aufmerksamer, sehr freundlicher Service und kleine, aber leckere Auswahl. Hat uns gefallen in La Spezia.

Camere nuove, dotate di tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. Ottima la pulizia. In pieno centro a La Spezia ideale per visitare la città o raggiungere facilmente la stazione. Veldig flott beliggenhet. Vi overnattet her 4 netter og hadde et supert opphold. Frokosten er noe stusselig med kun ett bakverk og en drikke. Litt harde senger, men bra aircondition og ikke noe særlig med støy fra byen. Enkel check-in via WhatsApp og mulighet for oppbevaring av baggasje før og etter.
