And ALWAYS with a sincere smile. We see the next GM in the making!!! Spa Manager Soukaina and the masseuses we worked with directly were lovely and exceedingly competent in giving us several wonderful spa experiences. Mom is still talking about her Hamman! "Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed, not happy they are single beds though. Telephone in rooms don’t work. Nice atmosphere, decor and outside areas look pretty. Have to pay to use Hammam but advetised as included in the AI deal!!! Otherwise an enjoyable stay."
