"The property is beautiful. The beds are comfortable, staff is very friendly and helpful and truly want to help you, especially Hassan the golf manager who arranges golf rounds at the nearby golf club. He went out of his way to make sure my husband was taken care of and listened to all concerns. Hassan was an honest man and truly wanted to make sure the experience was enjoyable and went out of his way to help us. Cleaning of the showers could be better but that is my only complaint. "

Spa Manager Soukaina and the masseuses we worked with directly were lovely and exceedingly competent in giving us several wonderful spa experiences. Mom is still talking about her Hamman! Finally to all the front desk staff, servers and bell staff, like Hamza, Redouane, Abderrafie and others we say THANK YOU! THANK YOU for helping provide such an amazing holiday!!!
