Tigmiza Boutique Hôtel & Spa
8/10 Good
"The hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Everyone, including the kitchen team, was attentive and always willing to assist us. The hotel itself was very clean, peaceful, and quiet, which made our stay especially relaxing after returning from the busy activities and sightseeing in Marrakech. Our only concern was regarding the tour guide who took us to the palaces and through the medina. He initially appeared very professional and trustworthy. However, toward the end of the tour, he took us to a shop away from the busy areas of the medina. Once inside, the shop staff were very aggressive and pressured us to purchase items we did not want. The experience made us uncomfortable and gave us the impression that the guide may have had a connection with the shop or received a commission for bringing tourists there. I believe it is important for the hotel to communicate with the guide about this practice. When a guide is recommended or arranged through the hotel, guests naturally place a certain level of trust in that person. Guides should remain professional and unbiased and should not take guests to shops where they may feel pressured or obligated to make purchases. Aside from this experience with the tour guide, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the wonderful hospitality provided by the"

Wazo Hôtel
8/10 Good
"I had a very pleasant stay at Wazo Hotel in Marrakech. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and offers very good value for money. The room was spacious and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the overall quality of the hotel. It was also convenient for getting around Marrakech, while being away from the busiest parts of the city. Overall, Wazo was a great choice for my stay, and I would happily stay here again. I definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable hotel at a reasonable price in Marrakech."
