The positioning of the air conditioner is so wrong. It doesn't cool the rooms down at all instead it blows underneath the bed and not the entire room. This placement of the air conditioner is so wrong "

Some staff will take your stuff and give your chairs away if you are not near them for 30 minutes… Other than that the property and the people are excellent!
