They just tell you that it’s not working and not even an apology. They are also extremely nosy, always asking if someone is staying at the hotel. The Skybar is a joke, no one is there either the day or at night. Also, no curtain in the bathroom to separate the shower and toilet, so when you take a shower water is all over the bathroom. "Very poor service! Disappointed. Though they have renovated the rooms, it looks good but the service is very poor. Booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. In one room AC was not working and we complained almost 5 times and nothing done! Even the restaurant once famous for good food now I regret going there. Food is oily and can sense its re-used oil."
