There are three key things that made our stay here so enjoyable. Firstly, it is a beautiful, boutique hotel with an attention to detail in the stylish, comfortable and well-equipped rooms. Secondly, we hadn’t quite realised how perfectly placed the location of the hotel was. It is ideally located to take in Palermo and a moments walk away from the square at the centre of all the action. We had a lovely warm welcome from our hostess! We had a great room, very comfortable beds. A wonderful breakfast with homemade cakes and good quality coffee. It is a perfect location close to the station. Home from home feel, we will definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Premises are modern and immaculate. Staff try hard to make you feel at home. Lovely breakfast selection. Breakfast area available to visitors at all times to enjoy refreshments, a complimentary local liquor and read some of the tourist books available. We had a deluxe room with a safe, temperature control, fabulous bed and everything we needed. We agreed it would be hard to identify any area for improvement. We would stay again. The host was very welcoming and lovely. Room was well equipped, modern and clean, Location was convenient for getting around the main areas of the city. Bed was comfortable and shower had good pressure. Would recommend.

I love this location - close to the trendy spots but away at the same time. The staff are beyond amazing and friendly and helpful and the hotel is an oasis in a busy city- pool most welcome on hot days too. And the breakfast and roof deck are lovely. I will stay here again the next time I am in Palermo

Really enjoyed our stay, very central location so was some noise but glazing amazing at keeping it to a minimum. Lovely room and balcony and such a nice area to make coffee and have a lovely little pastry. Would definitely recommend to others

Stay at the Alma hotel for 2 nights. Room was perfect for our needs, comfortable bed, clean & bathroom with a shower. Room comes with a mini bar with soft drinks, water which are free to have. We also were given a bottle of bubbles to celebrate our wedding anniversary which was a lovely touch. Staff are extremely friendly & helpful. Hotel location is great, easy walk to all the attractions & dining spots. Would definitely recommend.

A fabulous place to stay right in the centre of town. Filippo was a great host and made sure everything was right for us during our 2 night stay. Highly recommended! We got a from the airport but got the train back which was inexpensive but slightly longer than the taxi! The property was an easy flat, pedestrianised walk away - around 20 mins.

Just what we were looking for. Good traditional accommodation with a fabulous terrace. Lovely central location with many of the historical sites within easy walking distance. Staff very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Would recommend if you are looking for something more traditional.

I booked this hotel because it looked good value. I was very impressed with everything about it when I got there. Very large, beautiful bedroom and bathroom the place is full of character and the team are really attentive and friendly. Will not look elsewhere next time I’m back

We had such a great stay here. The room was so stylish and comfortable, and the staff were so helpful in showing us how to get around Palermo. Everywhere we wanted to go was in 20-30 mins walking distance which was perfect. Thanks to Fillipo who got in touch before our stay via WhatsApp and book us transport from the airport which was super helpful.
