"What to say. The team could not have been anymore welcoming. There was an issue with the booking but we were upgraded. We had to move rooms but they did all the work. Super helpful, attentive, great with tips and tricks for our visits, and the breakfast was huge! Car looked after and ready when needed (and trust me you don’t want to worry about parking in Palermo). Would recommend to anyone. "

"Beautiful palace converted to Rental in the heart of the city, walkable to all the main attractions very helpful staff always available to answer questions and help with restaurant bookings and activities. Long flight of stairs, but they help with all the baggage and they help with car parking. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend staying here. "

"The location of this place is within easy walking distance of most of the main attractions in Palermo. The Palermo cathedral is an easy 1-3 minute walk. We were there for New Years and could find any number of places to watch the fireworks. So many good restaurants in the area. The place itself is kept incredibly clean and its quiet. "There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."
