"This is a very low budget room . The rooms had black mold in the showers, window seals are full of mold. I thought it would be nicer by the pictures but it was not as nice as they make it seem . I also could hear the upstairs persons every step . So don’t plan on resting well. "

"We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and entertainment and most importantly the beach! On site coffee cafe was nice. The only small complaint was the pool was small, cold and not super clean. Room was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"The breakfast was decent, but I chose this hotel because it presents itself as family-friendly and it lacked some basic things.**There were no high chairs for babies in the breakfast area, even though many families were staying there and all the babies had to sit on their parents’ laps. Also, I didn’t agree with the extra parking fee. In a place like Santa Cruz where parking is limited, it feels unnecessary to charge guests for parking when the hotel already has its own spaces. It would make more sense to include it in the room rate."

"A hidden gem in Santa Cruz, shh don’t tell anyone! Darling College didn’t help me check in, parking was super easy and you’re directly across the street from the ocean. What more does a girl want?"
