"The hotel is situated very close to Husein Sagar (a lake with stale water). As soon as you step out, you can not avoid breathing in bad smell and polluted air. The breakfast was no good and very expensive. Not much choice or quality. Very little western choices. "

"As good as the pictures represented the hotel rooms. Very clean rooms, daily service on request because the staff wanted to protect the privacy, 8am breakfast Idli/Vada. Location being prone to too much traffic and the incessant honking from the lorries and the tourist buses was a bit annoying during night time - but we got used to it after our 3rd night stay. Hotel manager was friendly and accommodative and treated us with ultimate respect."

"It’s a simple hotel, with simple rooms and a simple breakfast. Clean and generally in good condition with pleasant staff. There is a small restaurant attached."

"Staff don’t know how to check reservations and told there is no reservation for 1hr, later they found and told they don’t have rooms as they assigned the suite to another person as they didn’t go through the reservation."
