"Ideal location, and the staff was absolutely fantastic. They were personable, friendly and went a little extra to make sure we were comfortable. No A.C… but I feel this was the norm so we adjusted, and again the staff made it all the better. Highly recommend this little hotel. "

"Perfect location for hyde park events. 10min walk from Paddington station. 2 min walk to Lancaster gate tube station. 2 min walk to a hyde park entrance. Breakfast good. Luggage store. Friendly staff. Room fine for how much we paid. "

"The location of the hotel is great - it's a 4 minute walk to the Paddington station, and a 10 minute walk to an area with tons of restaurants, shops, etc. The hotel room itself was clean and comfortable. The only reason for me giving 4 stars for the property condition & facilities is that they charge extra for A/C (it seems this is quite normal in the UK ; we just had the bad luck of being there during a heat wave, so it was harder)."

"Charles was extremely helpful with our check-in! He gave us much needed information on the area as well as tips for traveling to the airport by train. He also gave us information about a restaurant we had heard about in the area. Ironically, we went to the restaurant for lunch, but ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner and we LOVED it! Great food - the chef obviously knows what he's doing! We'd eat there even if it was located in our home town. Added bonus - they even had a workbook titled "Sleep" to help travelers with issues affecting their sleep hygiene. This is a workbook that I would pay for, no doubt! We wish there was a Novotel everywhere we travel!"
