"Room was great. I just didnt like how there were no type of shelves in the shower to hold my items. Looked like there used to be something but it was ripped out the wall. Other than that the room was great. Location is great, its close to broadway and the beach."

"Upon checking in, I was immediately disrespected by the front desk clerk, Samantha, who made inappropriate comments about my appearance, calling me a “nerd” and making assumptions about me based on my hairstyle. As a Pastor, I found this especially offensive—no one should be judged based on how they look. Shortly after entering the room, we noticed several issues and brought them to management’s attention. Instead of addressing the concerns, my wife, children, and I were told we had to leave because there were more than four of us in the room—this was less than an hour after checking in around 8:45 PM. We were forced to check out by 10 PM. Despite paying for five nights, we were only refunded for three, even though we barely stayed an hour. Because of the late hour, we were unable to find another hotel and had to drive five hours back home, completely ruining our vacation. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."
