Staff do not make you aware of the laundry hours when you check in. The hotel has a horrible smell. Rooms are very small

Enjoyed this property. Very clean. I was in room 201 which is right beside the elevator. The elevator makes a loud noise so I constantly heard that. Please avoid that room. Other than that, it was a great stay.

I would say this is a solid 2 star hotel. It was clean and the staff was friendly but the elevators were a bit sketchy and the rooms (although very clean) seemed overly damp. Could benefit from a dehumidifier. Location is nice but I feel it was priced a bit higher than it should have been but that is the industry. Would stay here again if needed solely due to the staff and cleanliness of the hotel.

The property had an overs stank smell, it smells like toilet water or mold. Inside the rooms were fine. However, if you walk outside the funky smell hits you in the nose. They need to find out what is causing it. I would like my money refunded. We could not sleep well because the smell eventually started smelling in the rooms as well.
