For as cheap as it was to stay here. It's a great place. That's why I'm trying to give it five stars. Well worth the money."

"The staff at the hotel was very welcoming and helpful. They made accomodations for my elderly mother and ensured all our needs were met. We stayed there during the extremely busy graduation season and the staff treated us with great hospitality and care."

The floor was sticky and covered with dirt, mini fridge had mold, and the balcony had dirt/bird droppings that was clearly not kept up with. I called the hotel desk which is not in on the weekends, after speaking with hospitality we were sent a housekeeper.
