"This is not the accommodation we got, so I can only rate my actual experience. You were totally incompetent at helping and unwilling to understand the problem. Never again will I be so stupid to use Expedia and I'll warn everybody to never use what you have the audacity to call service. If the amounts involved were higher, I'd already sued you.
