"This is not the accommodation we got, so I can only rate my actual experience. You were totally incompetent at helping and unwilling to understand the problem. Never again will I be so stupid to use Expedia and I'll warn everybody to never use what you have the audacity to call service. If the amounts involved were higher, I'd already sued you. Please never contact me again, except for a refund. I will not consider vouchers or anything of that kind an adequate apology."
