Nice stay

Very enjoyable 2 night stay at the end of our New Zealand holiday. Chloe and the rest of the Team at Reception were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is in ideal location for attractions, ferries and restaurants. Good continental breakfast included in the rate. Quirky hotel , very clean with good quality furnishings. We had an early evening flight back to UK. Staff assured us that we would be looked after - luggage was stored for us and a slightly later check out was arranged. We were also...

👌

The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. There were plenty of shops, restaurants abd bars nearby. The room was very clean.

Spotless room. Quiet corridors. Very friendly and kind cleaners. Welcomed with a smile and greet every time you walk in/out the hotel.

Great apartment and parking , excellent staff, great location. Cafe out back is perfect . Would stay again.

A reasonably priced hotel in an ideal spot near the sky tower and harbour, good for food and bars

Great stay, very clear and very spacious apartment.

The room was very clean and the bed was super comfy. Black out curtains for a good nights sleep. Not easy to have windows open to aid airflow (no AC) as on the first floor and people walking past. But overall the room was great.

Short city circuit bus ride to town etc although could walk it in 20 mins Very good eating houses nearby

We stayed here at the beginning of our holiday and accidentally left a pair of headphones behind. The hotel kindly called us after checkout and I told them we would be returning at the end of our holiday, and they held them safely for us. When we checked back in, we completely forgot to ask about them! The lovely staff remembered and actually came up to our room and knocked on the door to personally return them to us. It’s such a small thing, but that level of care and attention really stood...

I asked to change the booking to 1 person on arrival, due to friend cancelling, but this was kindly done. Friendly staff. The spa bath was great after a long flight and days of walking. Close to hospital and hospice, & conveniently placed to easily get into the city using the frequent buses from Smales Farm (5 mins walk), although its position means a lot of traffic noise. It took a while to get the best wifi on 2nd floor. All davilities as described.

A lovely spacious room, clean, helpful staff. A little out the way for getting an AT HOP card for transport, get one before you arrive
