So then we had to go into town to get dinner as there was no restaurant. At night the rooms get so hot as the aircon/heating is centrally controlled so there’s nothing you can do about it. Then we’ve had to chase them constantly for almost 2 months to try and get the breakfast refund, even though they said they would sort it in the message we received. We have had such good premier inn experiences, which is why we stayed there but this is by far the worst premier inn we’ve stayed in. Very disappointing but thankfully Expedia finally helped us sort out the refund for the breakfasts"
