"It would be more nicer if there is way to notify you when your room is ready. Never the less, we have the room before 3pm. Thank you! Staff are great, very helpful and accomodating. Ely had help us from the front desk. She is very nice."

"Our entire stay from check in to check out was delightful. We were greeted at the door, our luggage rolled to the check in desk. The desk staff provided a map with site seeing recommendations. Our room was clean, spacious, and the ammeneties eveything we could ask for. We had the breakfast buffet each morning, which has a wide variety of choices. The staff were always curteous, friendly, and anticipated our needs. The hot tub was relaxing after a long day of site seeing. If you are looking for a centrally located accommodation for your stay in Toronto, I highly recommend this hotel."

"Room was nice, checkin was easy, breakfast was great, free drinks were a nice touch :) Parking was reasonable and right across the street! Rate was very reasonable! Only complaint was water pressure for shower wasn’t as strong as I would have liked but overall excellent stay!"
