Lovely room with a great view of the lake. Great breakfast too!

Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable room, we had a lovely view of the river and mountains, the beds and pillows were very comfortable also. There was a fridge in the room, a large flat screen TV, and the shower was good with hot water any time of the day. The breakfast was amazing with everything and more included, continental but you would not think so with eggs, bacon, sausage cooked meats, cheeses, freshly baked rolls, cereals, not to mention all the pastries and cakes and panacotta...

I had an amazing experience at Al Molo 5. The breakfast with a beautiful lake view was truly unforgettable, and the hotel itself is super clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I recommend coming by car, as there isn’t much within walking distance, but the on-site restaurant is excellent — great food, very romantic atmosphere, and the whole area is quiet and peaceful. Overall, a wonderful place to relax. Highly recommended!

Set on the banks of Lake di Annone this superb hotel was just what we needed. Quiet, exclusive & with amazing service. We had a signature suite, so we had a hot tub with a huge wrap around balcony. Lovely hotel in an amazing location, beautiful grounds, amazing spa, excellent breakfast- a little out of the way so you will need a car unless you plan on staying at the hotel all the time. Lovely drives into the lakes and mountains.

The view down Lake Como from our room (No.29) was nothing short of breath taking. The staff where very very helpful and in the main spoke English (if your Italian is limited) food was very nice and reasonably priced. If you are a keen cyclist they cater with their own bikes and a workshop area. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. A bed was provided for our 12 year old son as we requested, so catering for families doesn't present any issues.The Jersey Mob

This place is a hidden gem in a typical Italian setting 5 minutes walk from Vezio Castle in the hills above Varenna ferry port. Rita the host and Kirsty are the most helpful and friendliest people you could ever meet and absolutely nothing is too much trouble for them to do for you. The residence is around 25–30 minutes above Lecco and offers stunning scenery, peaceful surroundings, friendly staff, and a freshly cooked breakfast made to order. Location of the hotel is perfect. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast choices are plentiful. One window of the room only had a net curtain, slightly concerned but once I had found it had shutters outside, so leaning out and closing them every night made complete darkness. I can highly recommend this hotel for a stay, views are amazing.
