I haven't been here in years, because my kids are older and prefer Universal or Busch Gardens We decided to spend the day at Disney Springs and we rented here for one night. After entering our unit, we regretted it...because 1 night at this place is not enough! The unit was obviously updated AND upgraded. We felt at home right away, and if it wasn't for work we would have stayed longer. It was so quiet on the property, and the surrounding neighborhood was so peaceful. Our beds were so comfortable, and we had a restful night of sleep. We are already planning on our next visit, but we're definitely staying longer. We give this place a 10 out of 10, and highly recommend it. Now if only they'd build resorts near Busch Gardens...

This hotel is beautiful! The rooms are spacious and clean, the parking lot is right outside your room, and the rooms are set up almost like apartments. They’re 2 story so no lugging things up and down multiple flights of stairs! It’s also in very close proximity to many of our favorite places to shop and eat! Downtown Disney is legit a single light away! Alongside the easy navigation and quick responses from the front desk I loved this hotel! 10/10! I’m not sure about transportation to the parks provided by the hotel however, I don’t think they provide that, but that’s a-ok for me!

This property doesn’t have all the frills and thrills but what it does have is the quaint essentials. It is quiet, very clean, moderns, and spacious. We had 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The unit had a pull out sofa that we didn’t even need to use because one of the bedrooms had two full size beds in it. The unit had every essential we needed including a fully stocked kitchen with a frying pan and baking pans. The washer and dryer was also a great addition. I loved the reusable water bottle they provided us. The desk receptionist was very kind. The wooden key they use is very earth conscious as well as the fact that they use solar panels.

Let me start by saying the staff was Nice and that is the ONLY good thing about this place. The room was old and outdated! The bed was hard and Extremely uncomfortable. No curtains in the bedroom, just some dusty blinds. The jacuzzi style tub was filthy! When you cut on the jets, hairballs just came flowing out as if it was clogged or something. And to TOP it ALL off- they Have ROACHES… Roaches Everywhere- kitchen, bathroom, laundry area, by the tv- ROACHES EVERYWHERE. Stay somewhere else!

This is not a 4 star hotel, neither in room accommodations nor in overall facilities. The room was heavily outdated, and smelled. Went to the front desk twice, once to get some extra amenities and second to check out and no one was there, wound up having to check out on my phone. Lastly got charged (after we checked out)an extra pet fee of 98 dollars because my pets were supposedly actng so badly they had to compensate others. However, in the 36hrs that we were there, we were only out between 10am to 3pm and neither during that time or any other time where we ever called or notified, nor did anyone knock on the door to ask us to rectify said behavior. When I called and talked to both the clerk and the manager, neither would give any explanation of what was the supposed egregious behavior that warranted the fee. I hope the compensation they gave the other party was worth it so that they come back, because my family will certainly not be returning.
