The property equipment in the room is very old, The air condition is not working to be adjust, The voice is un believable very high noise all the time like you are in workshop 24/7, My room like this from inside plus water drops from the bath tub all the time and the room front of the vending machine with very high noise. The service in the front desk is not helpful, I check early than what I am supposed It's not a good experience with the room and the front desk girl

The staff was kind hotel overall ok. my bathroom had rust and mold in it. the walk from the parking garage which no one tells you was a whopping $28.00 a night or $40?valet per day is completely ridiculous! A pet fee of $200 also un aware of until i had all of my things in my room. i stayed only because i was moving and was exhausted. It rained on and off. The pillows were rather hard and flat. Basic room service breakfast would run about $40. I chose to go to Ihop. Honestly, the walk from the parking garage to the main lobby should have given me an idea of what was to come. At least have a golf cart service for those of us who had luggage to bring in or just had bad knees. All of the restaurant’s close early and the one deli had a 1 man show poor woman doing everything by herself. Convenient to downtown but the entire stay ran me more money between the hold on my credit card, duplicate charge for an undisclosed pet fee i was not aware of for a tiny dog that i m disputing. Far away parking and rusty bathroom fixture in the tub and mold under the vanity. I know there were nicer options with breakfast I could have chosen. I forgot to mention the vagrants that walk around the walgreens and front hotel parking lot at night. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with my stay and pricing for . i also spent over an hour of my time trying to discuss duplicate charges on my credit card. Oh my almost forgot the 3 TIMES I had to go downstairs because my room key wouldnt work

Fantastic stay, no complaints with the room. Had an issue with the shower faucet, but staff were equipped to respond to it even at 1am. Convenient and affordable 24hr mart. Will absolutely stay here again!
