The lobby was a great opener. Very beautifully decorated and designed. I paid for a room with a double bed and sofa, pullout couch, but only received a room with the double bed. The morning staff didn’t seem too happy to be there The room was very clean and well put together

Great rooms, very comfortable and convinient amenities. Great pool amd patio area. Great breakfast as well. I wish the breakfast was available a little later but that is just a personal preference.

Once arriving i gave my id and was told all the rooms are sold out when i already purchased a room on the expedia app then they continued to not speak to my for a good 20 minutes then was told they “upgraded” my room and i had to pay an additional $75 on top of what i already paid so i just wanted a place to lay my head i paid but then said declined three times until the 3 time it worked i later got into my room and showered and looked through my gmail and three charges that went going through wasn’t for $75 like the guy said but in fact was for $116 no one said anything about the new room being “116” i just felt as a young female traveler i wasn’t taken seriously and just brushed me off i was extremely nice but was met by really rude workers at the Element Orlando International Drive Hotel i will never be returning after my experience

I love the cleanliness of your property Uber was great price to get around the staff they all was great pool was great always had clean towels the breakfast great .The only concern after washing our clothes the dryers wasn’t drying after 50 minutes.
