The property was nice .The room was pretty quiet the shuttle left us once but when we called they sent us a lyft free of charge.THe first night we went to the pool it was nice the second night it was a different crowd kept getting in the way splashing acting wild no parental supervision ,the pool seemed clean the first night the second not as clean with used bandages on the side of the pool. Overall everything was pretty decent

We celebrated our 9 year anniversary here & I can say it was amazing. Our room got upgraded to a balcony on the 18th floor! We come to Orlando often & check out different hotels but I can say this is the best hotel on the strip to stay. The room was clean with a note to know who cleaned the room & the view is amazing being able to see Epcot. Free Breakfast, popcorn, soda, coffee, & there was two complementary bar drinks too. Pool was clean overlooking the lake. Also have a area for kids to play in. Huge parking area. Close to Disney springs. I would recommend family to stay here.

Excellent service, easy to access transportation to attractions. Efficient and friendly staff, Breakfast and Dinners were quite satisfying. Rooms were way above average. 5 star in my opinion

Fantastic. 10/10! Early check-in, parking, free shuttles, incredible food & beverage offerings specifically the evening kickback happy hour. Hands down the best place for visits to Disney Springs or Disney Parks, Thanks again Drury.
