Stay far away I had to order a new debit card because the hotel just continued to charge my card without me even being there any longer! They charge a resort fee when it’s not even a resort it’s a dump of a hotel! Maria at the front desk is a miserable human being and not nice at all! Manager Sean very nice guy but most of his staff suck and very unprofessional.

We booked this hotel for a 4 night stay and left after 15 min. The bed has burns in the blankets, there were stains in the floor and the nightstand. The bathtub was all rusted and the remote was filthy. The elevator was very sketchy and no security, so anyone could just walk in. Our door would not fully latch either and it just did not feel safe. We tried to speak with the manager and waited 25 minutes for him to come in. He spoke with his employees and played telephone and had them speak with us instead of actually speaking with us. We waited another half hour and finally was able to spoke with him. When we did have the chance, he would not even look me in the eye.

They need to make the rooms smell fresher; there was a smell upon entering. I bought Lysol and sprayed it daily to keep that smell out.

I had a wonderful visit. It was simple to check in and out. The personnel was nice. Since the hotel is situated across from Icon Park, getting around and finding things to do was a breeze. The majority of the room's lights were not working, and the television had white lines that blink in and out of the image on several of the channels, if I had to pick one complaint. But all in all, I had a great time. I would make another reservation here because it's convenient to the parks and they have shuttle service. A special thanks goes go to Kevin, our shuttle bus driver, who made the trip back to the hotel after exhausting walking days enjoyable.

Pros: Excellent location, easy to get to, plenty of parking, pool decent size and clean, inexpensive, clean bathroom and shower, good lighting, clean sheets, comfortable bed. Cons: Room was in a run down condition: a/c worked, but was very, very loud and needed to be down to 65 degrees to cool off the small room; sugar ants in the bathroom sink, mold/mildew on the outside bottom of the small fridge (but inside was clean); USB chargers in lamps did not work, one lamp did not work at all even though there were 2 bulbs in it; 2 of the 4 can lights over bed worked.

Desde que llegas al lobby las facilidades se ven en mal estado. En mi habitación las paredes estaban sucias, había un lagartijo en el baño, la repisa del baño estaba rota, tanto el microondas como la nevera no estaban en función, todas las lamparas y mesa tenían oxido, la habitación tenia fuerte olor a humedad y el techo desprendía pintura que caía en una de las camas. Al llegar a hacer el check in me cobraron un “fee” adicional de $26 el cual no se me explico de que era ni se me dio recibo del mismo.

Horrible experiencia. Cuando llegamos a hacer el check in la recepción se veían equipos rotos, cuando ibamos camino al cuarto los pasillos olían mal (a orín y cigarrillo), las paredes del elevador estaban rotas. El cuarto estaba limpio pero la ropa de cama estaba sucia y manchada. Salimos un momento a comprar comida y otros huéspedes, visiblemente borrachos, comenzaron a gritarnos improperios. En ese momento recogimos nuestro equipaje y nos movimos a otro hotel. NO LO RECOMENDAMOS.

In general was good but I don’t know when will you get back my deposit and the room was not really clean because behind of the door was never clean and the swimming pool is not available so early and I wanted used in the morning and I can’t because it’s available after 10 am and I wanted used earlier
