"Family friendly facility with a Japanese charm that worked perfectly for our jet lagged needs.The living room with tatami along with a Japanese style bathtub was perfect for our family with a toddler. Not crowded in the hotel- only ran into another guest once during our 5 day stay. A little away from the main tourist areas but easy location to take a cab to and from. Would definitely return when we visit Osaka!"

"Room was clean, daily make-up service was seamless. Love the daily happy hour on the top floor, gets a decent sunset view too! Only minor mark on the stay was some bareable but noticable, highway noise with a room facing the street. Despite this, would still stay again. "

"Staff was very helpful regarding recommendations (food). Grabbing cabs and general help. They have a nightly turn down service if you would like and the room I had was very spacious. Gym had all the essentials and my room was always stocked with free water. About my only gripe was the pillows. A little too firm for my liking. Otherwise, beautiful bar, great room service. Walking distance to lots of great shops and restaurants. "

"Phenomenal location for exploring Namba, Dotonbori, and central Osaka on foot — and close to train lines to get anywhere else (e.g. Universal Studios, Aquarium). Friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet, and clean rooms and lobby. Close to the action but quiet at night. Free hot and cold drinks all day in the lobby."

"Room was very clean, staff was great, and the amenities were good. The free drinks in the afternoon were a great plus. Laundry room had multiple machines making it easy to do on vacation. Train station entrance literally 5 ft from the front door of the establishment, which was was super convenient, especially on rainy days."
